Australian Mining Group Centrex Metals recruits AKT Strategic Consulting
CENTREX Metals Ltd has been signed on as AKT Strategic Consulting’s first major client within hours of its formation.
Centrex Metals acting chief executive officer Mr.Ben Hammond said the company was keen to tap into Mr Tareen’s relationship with Indian companies in the steel and mining sector.
“In the past we have seen the respect that he enjoys within the industry and the relationship will further our bulk commodities market interests. We want to pursue a long-term arrangement with AKT Strategic Consulting” Mr. Hammond said.
Mr Tareen, who recently stepped down as South Australia’s Senior Trade Commissioner to India, after successfully representing Australian federal and state governments in India since 1995 confirmed that Centrex is the first client of AKT Strategic Consulting and he is delighted to have them on board. Centrex, he said, is a reputed Australian company with ambitious growth plans in the near future where India can play a significant role.
“AKT Strategic Consulting would be keen to engage with other international businesses seeking representation or assistance in India. The group has capability across a number of other industry sectors as well” Mr Tareen said.
Mr Tareen, Founder Chairman, is embarking on a 3 week long trip to Australia where he will be addressing a number of industry networks on India.
